Richard leads Paint Solutions International Ltd. and serves as the Chairman of The Paint Kadd-e Company in the US. With over 30 years of executive leadership, Richard has established a distinguished track record in marketing, finance, and human resources across diverse global sectors, including luxury cruise lines, banking, advertising, and retail. His expertise lies in steering complex organizations through periods of growth and transformation by prioritizing consultative selling, employee engagement, and intuitive customer service.

Rami has over fifteen years of international experience in all aspects of intellectual property. He gained his expertise working at top-tier national and international IP law firms and in-house for an engineering company in the telecommunications industry.

Rami regularly advises clients on building and managing patent, trademark, and design portfolios globally, as well as developing multi-jurisdictional IP strategies related to acquisition, protection, exploitation, and enforcement.
